These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website aiskillssg.pro and your enrolment in courses and services offered by AI Skills SG Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202518734K). By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in a programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About AI Skills SG

AI Skills SG Pte. Ltd. is a private vocational training provider registered in Singapore, operating from 10 Anson Road, #26-04 International Plaza, Singapore 079903. We provide professional development courses in artificial intelligence tools, prompt engineering, and related workplace skills for Singapore professionals and corporate clients.

2. Educational disclaimer

AI Skills SG is an independent private education provider. Our courses are designed for professional development and skills enhancement. Completion of any programme does not constitute government certification, university accreditation, professional licensing, or qualification for regulated occupations. We do not guarantee employment, job placement, promotion, salary increase, or any specific career outcome. References to upskilling and career development describe the intended educational purpose of our training, not promised results. Individual outcomes depend on personal effort, prior experience, market conditions, and decisions by employers or clients.

3. Eligibility

Our courses are intended for adults aged eighteen and above. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete. Corporate enrolments must be authorised by an appropriate representative of the sponsoring organisation.

4. Enrolment and payment

Course places are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or agreed deposit, subject to availability. Prices are quoted in Singapore dollars and are subject to prevailing GST where applicable. We reserve the right to modify fees for future cohorts; confirmed enrolments are honoured at the price stated at the time of registration. Payment methods and instalment options, where available, will be communicated during the enrolment process. Failure to complete payment by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of your place.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. The following refund policy applies to standard enrolments:

• More than twenty-one days before course start: full refund minus a SGD 50 administrative fee.
• Fourteen to twenty-one days before course start: fifty percent refund.
• Less than fourteen days before course start: no refund, though you may transfer your place to another person subject to our approval.

Self-paced module purchases are non-refundable once access credentials have been issued. Corporate workshop agreements are subject to the cancellation terms specified in the individual contract. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrolment, instructor unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control; in such cases, enrolled participants receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort.

6. Attendance and completion

Certificates of completion are issued to participants who attend the required sessions, submit assigned work, and successfully complete the capstone portfolio assessment. Attendance requirements vary by delivery format and will be communicated at enrolment. We expect professional conduct during all sessions held at our Tanjong Pagar studio or via online platforms. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from a programme without refund.

7. Intellectual property

All curriculum materials, prompt templates, workbooks, recordings, and website content are the intellectual property of AI Skills SG Pte. Ltd. Enrolled participants receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for their own professional development. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share course materials without our prior written consent. Capstone portfolio work you create remains your property, though we may request permission to showcase anonymised examples for promotional purposes.

8. Use of AI tools during training

Our courses involve hands-on use of third-party AI tools including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude. You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts and complying with the terms of service of these platforms. AI Skills SG is not affiliated with OpenAI, Microsoft, Anthropic, or any AI tool provider. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party tools during or after your training.

9. Website use

You agree to use aiskillssg.pro only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, transmit malicious code, scrape content for commercial use, or interfere with the website's operation. We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, AI Skills SG Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our courses. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that course content will meet your specific professional requirements.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Skills SG Pte. Ltd., its directors, employees, and instructors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of course materials, or violation of third-party rights in connection with your use of AI tools learned during training.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our data practices.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

14. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the date of last revision. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated by email. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Force majeure

AI Skills SG Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, power failures, or third-party service outages affecting our website or training delivery platforms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.

16. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any written enrolment confirmation or corporate contract, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Skills SG Pte. Ltd. regarding the subject matter herein. They supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

18. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. AI Skills SG Pte. Ltd. may assign its rights and obligations to an affiliate or successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected enrolled participants where required.
